Oesía Group in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Technical Manager with about 6 years of experience to join a major project in Madrid, Rivas-vaciamadrid. This role requires relocation.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate design, development, integration and validation of avionics systems, manage the lifecycle from requirements to service entry, and ensure compliance with DO-178, DO-254, ARINC, and related safety standards. Strong leadership and strategic vision are essential.

Formación

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading complex technical programs in avionics or aerospace.
• Availability to relocate to Madrid, Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a technical team, coordinating key project areas and ensuring excellence through the system lifecycle.
• Coordinate design, development, integration and validation of avionics systems.
• Manage lifecycle from requirements definition through entry into service and ensure regulatory compliance.
