Galderma in Barcelona is seeking a Technical Lead for Sterile Products to act as the technical expert for sterile manufacturing. You will partner with CMOs and cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, process robustness, and lifecycle management across the product lifecycle.

The role offers exposure to global manufacturing networks, opportunities to lead investigations, ensure technology transfers, and drive continuous improvement in sterile fill-finish and packaging.

Formación

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant scientific/engineering field.
• 8–12 years of experience in Manufacturing Science & Technology, with emphasis on sterile products in GMP environments.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the technical SME for sterile manufacturing processes and products.
• Provide technical stewardship for commercial products and support NPI at CMOs.
• Lead lifecycle management activities including process, raw material, and packaging changes.
• Drive process improvements focusing on quality, yield, efficiency and cost.
• Support tech transfers for sterile products, injectable semi-finished products, and medical device assembly/packaging.
• Lead investigations, troubleshooting and risk assessments related to product/process deviations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external manufacturers for knowledge sharing and execution.
• Review and approve manufacturing specs, protocols, reports and related documents.
