Galderma, a leading dermatology company, seeks a Global Master Data Expert in Barcelona (FTE, 4 days office-based) to drive data governance across the organization, focusing on product master data scope, definitions, data flow, data owners, users and governance processes.

You will collaborate with Global Teams, IT, Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance to ensure data quality, define standards, maintain a centralized data dictionary, and manage metadata and change requests with a KPI-driven

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer Science; Master's degree is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or related roles (MDM, SAP MDG).
• Solid understanding of data models, dictionaries and enterprise data architecture.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), MDM platforms (Informatica) and metadata governance tools.
• SQL knowledge for querying and validating data across systems.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation of the data governance roadmap and act as first-line support for Global Product Master Data.
• Collaborate with owners to improve data quality and value of core data assets; deliver training materials and sessions.
• Define data standards and KPIs; maintain a centralized enterprise data dictionary and metadata.
• Coordinate data change management, assess impact, and communicate changes; oversee testing for accuracy and integrity.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure governance processes with clear accountability.
