Galderma seeks a Technical Lead Sterile Products in Barcelona to lead sterile manufacturing activities within the External Supply Organization. The role focuses on technical stewardship, transfers to CMOs, lifecycle management, and process improvements across injectables and related products.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in a relevant field, 8–12 years in Manufacturing Science & Technology, and strong English.

Formación

Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
8–12 years in Manufacturing Science & Technology with a focus on sterile products in GMP environments.
Extensive knowledge of sterile product technologies, aseptic processing, validation and cleanrooms.

Responsabilidades

Serve as the technical SME for sterile manufacturing processes and products.
Provide technical stewardship for commercial products and support NPI at CMOs.
Lead lifecycle management activities, including process, raw materials, and packaging material changes.
Drive process improvements focused on quality, yield, efficiency, and cost optimization.
Support technology transfers for sterile products, injectable semi-finished products, and medical device assembly/packaging.
Lead investigations, troubleshooting and risk assessments related to product and process deviations.
Collaborate with internal teams and external manufacturing partners for knowledge sharing.
Review and approve manufacturing specs, protocols, reports, and other technical documents.
