Galderma is seeking a Junior Cold Chain & Logistics Analyst in Barcelona, offering a hybrid work arrangement (4 days onsite, 1 day remote). You will monitor cold chain KPIs, support CAPAs and change controls, and help develop dashboards for global decision-making.

Ideal candidates hold a life sciences related degree and 1–3 years in pharma/logistics, with strong Excel skills and an interest in data-driven improvements within a regulated environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Engineering, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Experience in Pharma, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data management tools (Power BI is a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze cold chain performance KPIs, including temperature excursions, deviations, and OTIF performance.
• Support deviations, CAPAs, and change controls in line with GDP/GMP requirements.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data insights to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with logistics providers, CMOs, and global stakeholders.
• Support audit readiness and compliance activities.
• Contribute to process improvement and cold chain optimization initiatives.

What you’ll do:

What we’re looking for:
