Copyright Clearance Center (CCC) is seeking a Technical Lead to guide development teams and collaborate with product groups. The role emphasizes high-quality code, architectural alignment, and active participation in reviews, tests, and deployments.

The successful candidate will bring at least 5 years of Java/Spring experience, deep PostgreSQL knowledge, TDD, and Agile/SAFe expertise, with AWS exposure. CCC offers excellent benefits and opportunity to work with leading organizations.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of experience building web-based and server-based applications using Java, Spring, PostgreSQL.
• Strong knowledge of TDD, Unit Tests, Mocking frameworks, and Integration Tests.
• Agile/SAFe programming expertise with ability to train junior and team staff.
• Understanding of distributed applications with asynchronous programming, queuing, caching, logging, transactions, security and performance.
• AWS infrastructure design, usage, and configuration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pragmatic technical guidance to the development team and estimate technical risks.
• Work with Project Managers and Business Analysts to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with designs.
• Monitor and guide day-to-day development, code reviews, and ensure proper documentation.
• Own the automated deployment process and promote technical excellence across the team.
• Advocate methods to increase velocity and reduce waste in development.
