Copyright Clearance Center is seeking a Technical Lead in Andalucía, Spain. You will guide development teams and product teams, owning deployment processes and promoting technical excellence to improve velocity and reduce waste.

The role emphasizes collaboration with project managers, architects, and analysts to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions using Java, Spring, AWS, and PostgreSQL within Agile/SAFe environments.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience building web-based and server-based applications with Java/Spring and PostgreSQL.
• Strong knowledge of TDD, unit tests, mocking frameworks, and integration tests.
• Experience with Agile/SAFe and ability to mentor junior staff.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pragmatic technical guidance to the development team, ensuring code is high quality and risks are estimated.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Business Analysts to clarify requirements and align with high-level designs.
• Monitor and shape day-to-day development, mentor, code, and ensure proper documentation of functionality.
