United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Technical Lead to guide a high-impact service infrastructure team. You will mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions, and advance SOA adoption while aligning with product goals and customer needs.

You should have a strong background in building scalable infrastructure, with leadership experience across autonomous, distributed teams and a focus on reliable, performant systems.

Formación

• 12+ years of technical experience.
• 5+ years in a strategic technical leadership role.
• Experience leading engineering teams on API design, abstractions, frameworks, or client libraries.
• Hands-on experience building infrastructure and products for internal or external customers.
• Proven track record of delivering pragmatic solutions that accelerate business growth.
• Ability to switch from high-level discussions to detailed coding.
• Thrives with autonomy and responsibility.
• Clear and persuasive writing and in-person communication.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and growth mindset.
• Ability to work with a diverse group and promote psychological safety.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of engineers, providing mentorship and support to ensure success.
• Partner with Engineering Managers to create roadmaps delivering milestones toward a cohesive vision.
• Understand user needs and prioritize engineering work to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Drive project execution from planning to delivery with high quality and timely completion.
• Support infrastructure's key engineering initiatives with high-visibility teams.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership for architecture, direction, and incident response practices.
• Collaborate across the company to shape the long-term services roadmap.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment promoting innovation and knowledge sharing.
