Job summary

Saeta Yield SA is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for customers. You will provide remote and on-site assistance, document solutions, and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

Fluency in English and Spanish is important, with travel up to 10% and close collaboration with Honeywell BMS-oriented projects. Experience with BMS, Niagara technology, HVAC contexts, and IT networks will help you succeed in a fast‑paced environment

Qualifications

• Experience in post-sales technical support and customer service.
• Familiarity with BMS and Niagara technology is preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Fluent in English and Spanish is required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve customer issues.
• Build relationships with customers and partners.
• Manage and track cases in CRM with timely escalation.
• Share knowledge via knowledge base and training materials.
