Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Spain to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for their Niagara-based BMS solutions. You will assist customers via remote support, email, and phone, while building strong relationships and sharing knowledge with internal teams.

The role requires English and Spanish language proficiency, a relevant engineering degree, and a passion for technology. Occasional travel and collaboration with partners may be expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical customer support for BMS/IoT systems.
• Degree in Energy, Electrical, Automation, Electronics or IT Engineering.
• Knowledge of networks and connectivity; driving license.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sales technical support for Honeywell BMS/Niagara solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues via remote and on-site methods.
• Maintain knowledge base content and share with sales/partners.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 and document resolutions.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure timely issue resolution.
