Honeywell Technologies in Madrid, Spain, seeks a Technical Support Engineer to diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware for our Niagara-based BMS products. You will resolve issues remotely, guide customers with clear written instructions, and collaborate with partners for on-site installations when needed.

Fluent in English and Spanish, you will build strong relationships, create knowledge base content, and escalate complex cases.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Degree in Energy, Electrical, Automation, Electronics or IT Engineering.
• Knowledge of HVAC applications and Niagara technology by Tridium.
• Experience with BMS, field devices, and networking concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for Honeywell BMS products.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver timely resolutions.
• Test products and software and develop knowledge bases.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 and internal teams as needed.
• Coordinate with partners for on-site installation when required.
• Continuously update product knowledge through training and documentation.
