TKH Security in Málaga seeks a Technical Lead to guide the technical design and delivery of cloud‑based software solutions. You will lead APIs, front‑end applications and scalable systems while mentoring a growing software team.

You will collaborate with Solution Architects, Development Managers, Product Managers, UX and QA to enforce best practices, CI/CD, security and quality assurance, aiming for high performance, reliability and maintainability across global and regional services.

Formación

• 7+ years of hands-on web application development experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role guiding tech teams.
• Experience with agile project management and modern tooling.
• Knowledge of database architecture, software design, and networks.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; English fluency.
• Foundational knowledge of AWS cloud technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical design, development, and deployment of APIs and frontend apps.
• Mentor a team of developers, provide guidance and feedback.
• Collaborate with Solution Architect on scalable, maintainable systems.
• Work with Development Manager to enforce best practices, CI/CD, security.
• Lead cloud software design to meet performance and security needs.
• Coordinate with Product Managers, UX, and QA to deliver quality software.
• Identify tech debt and drive improvements.
