Talan is seeking a Technical Lead – Full Stack Java Engineer in Spain to own Credit Risk applications and lead enterprise-grade development. You will mentor teams, drive best practices, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver secure, resilient software.

The role blends hands-on Java 21 work with Angular frontend tasks in a hybrid Spain-based setup. You will design RESTful APIs, build microservices, and champion CI/CD, DevOps, and security while contributing to

Formación

• 7+ years of software development in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years performing Technical Lead responsibilities.
• 5+ years hands-on Java development.
• Strong backend development with Java 21.
• Frontend experience with Angular.
• Experience with Maven, Node.js, and relational databases.
• Strong experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of software security and API best practices.
• English level C1 or above.

Responsabilidades

• Act as technical owner for Credit Risk applications and services.
• Ensure applications are stable, secure, and available.
• Provide Level 3 production support for incidents and requests.
• Design, develop, test, and implement new features and fixes.
• Lead production deployments and post-release validation.
• Mentor developers and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and third-party vendors.
• Support audit, risk, and compliance initiatives.
