iTalenters in Málaga is seeking a Tech Lead Full Stack (Node.js & React) to steer a small development squad while remaining hands-on with about 40% of the time dedicated to coding and driving the evolution of our smart parking product.

You will collaborate with Product Managers, QA and Architecture, and coordinate with international teams in Australia and the US to deliver high-quality software on PostgreSQL and AWS stacks.

Competenze

• 7+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js (Backend) and React (Frontend).
• Previous experience as Tech Lead or demonstrated ability to coordinate other developers.
• Willingness to remain actively involved in coding, code reviews and technical decisions.
• Experience driving technical improvements and contributing to product development.

Join an international technology company specialising in security, smart parking and access control solutions!

Its technology combines cameras, intelligent sensors and software to create smart parking systems. These systems detect available parking spaces, guide drivers through digital panels and collect real-time data about parking operations, including occupancy, usage and profitability.

The Málaga-based R&D team is currently evolving its own smart parking product, improving existing applications and developing new features to meet changing business needs.

We're looking for a Tech Lead Full Stack (Node.js & React) to lead a small development squad, combining technical leadership with hands-on development.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate a squad of 3 developers, providing technical guidance and supporting their growth.
• Stay hands-on with development, dedicating approximately 40% of your time to coding.
• Drive the evolution of the existing smart parking product, developing new features and improving applications.
• Take ownership of technical decisions, conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, Architecture and international teams, particularly in Australia and the US.

Tech stack:

Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, AWS.

C1 English level

to communicate with international teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js (Backend) and React (Frontend).
• Previous experience as a Tech Lead or demonstrated ability to coordinate other developers.
• Willingness to remain actively involved in coding, code reviews and technical decisions.
• Experience driving technical improvements, proposing solutions and contributing to product development.
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
• PostgreSQL and AWS experience are valued. Experience with other cloud platforms is also welcome.
