Job summary

ENGIE España seeks a Senior Tech Lead to drive the B2B IT landscape, translating business priorities into design decisions and high-quality deliveries. You will personally develop critical components and lead the team through complex production issues.

You will report to the Digital & IT Lead in Energy Supply Iberia, organize technical execution, and mentor staff while coordinating with suppliers to ensure secure, scalable, and available systems.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on command of Angular, Python and FastAPI.
• Experience with REST/JSON APIs, OAuth 2.0 and RBAC.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL/SQL; MongoDB and RabbitMQ helpful.
• Experience with Nginx, containers and Kubernetes; architecture skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical evolution of B2B IT applications and APIs.
• Hands-on development of critical software components and integrations.
• Organize the team’s technical work and ensure delivery quality.
• Manage incident response and governance for secure, scalable solutions.
• Mentor developers and coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders.
