atwork is hiring a Senior Developer to own delivery on our multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform used by HR teams and employees across client organisations.

You will work on the stack (.NET 10, EF, Angular 21), contribute to architectural decisions, and review code while maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure. The role offers remote Spain with optional hybrid work in Santander or Barcelona and a strong emphasis on AI-assisted development.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
• 5+ years of professional experience building and operating production web applications end to end.
• Strong .NET and Entity Framework skills with solid SQL Server experience.
• Extensive Angular experience.
• Proficiency with Git and a pull-request-based workflow.
• Demonstrated command of clean code, SOLID principles and testing methodology.
• Experience working with AI coding agents and reviewing their output.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Develop across the stack: .NET, EF, Angular, Azure SQL Database.
• Participate in architectural decisions: service boundaries, data modelling, tenant isolation and API design.
• Work on multi-tenancy, platform performance, design system and integrations with third-party systems.
• Review code before it is merged.
• Write automated tests: unit and integration on backend, Playwright UI tests on frontend.
• Contribute to Azure environment management and infrastructure as code with Terraform.
• Maintain technical documentation: architecture decisions, runbooks and onboarding material.
• Work in an agile environment with product, data science and design.
