Job summary

T-Innova, part of Valsoft's Manos Group, seeks an experienced software leader to own technical delivery across a cloud-native platform for sports centers in Europe. You’ll lead the engineering team, shape architecture and drive agentic AI development with modern stacks, APIs and testing practices.

You’ll ensure a smooth transition for clients from today’s system to the new product, while keeping the live environment healthy and secure, with strong emphasis on quality and delivery.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of professional software development with leadership experience.
• Proven agentic development: shipping production code with AI coding agents.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI features into a real product (LLM APIs, prompting, retrieval, guardrails).
• Strong backend skills in .NET/C#, Python, Node.js, or Go and relational DBs (SQL Server).
• Experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and grow the engineering team.
• Build the new product with agentic AI, define technical design and architecture.
• Keep the live platform healthy across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Establish automated testing, CI/CD, IaC and observability standards.
