Join a leading company in the sports betting and gaming industry, delivering cutting-edge digital experiences to millions of users. With a strong presence in Spain, the company is focused on scalability, high-performance applications, and innovation, ensuring a seamless customer experience across platforms.
The team is working on key platform enhancements to improve performance, scalability, and financial operations. The focus is on two major initiatives:
- Feed Integration System – Transitioning to a new feed supplier, optimizing data ingestion, and ensuring seamless real-time updates for sports betting.
- Cashier Module – Developing a cash flow management system to enhance payment processing, transactions, and compliance.
The Fullstack Team Lead will oversee the technical implementation, architecture, and team coordination for these projects, ensuring smooth execution under SAFe Agile methodologies. The role requires hands-on technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and Agile facilitation to drive successful delivery.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Fullstack development with Angular and .NET.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring a development team.
- Proficiency in microservices architecture, REST APIs, and scalable applications.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe preferred, training available).
- Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills to ensure project success.
- Experience working with cash flow, transaction-based, or real-time data processing systems is a plus.
- Experience with iGaming industry would be a very good plus.
- Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a 7-person squad (including developers and QA).
- Oversee end-to-end development of high-performance applications using Angular and .NET.
- Act as a facilitator, ensuring smooth collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Product Manager to align technical efforts with business goals.
- Participate in hands-on coding, architecture discussions, and code reviews.
- Manage team performance, provide mentorship, and support career development.
- Ensure alignment with SAFe Agile methodologies (training provided during onboarding).
- Coordinate project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
