Job summary

T-Innova, part of the Manos Group within Valsoft, is expanding its engineering team. This remote role focuses on building features for a new cloud product with AI coding agents while keeping the current platform running for clubs across Spain.

We seek three years of professional development or a strong graduate profile, plus fluency in English. You’ll work with the Tech Lead to translate specs into tasks for agents, review changes, and validate them with tests; occasional travel to Castelldefels

Qualifications

• Three years of professional development experience or strong graduate/self-taught projects.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Solid fundamentals in data structures, HTTP APIs, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Build features of the new cloud product with AI coding agents from specs to tested code.
• Investigate and fix issues on the current platform using agents to read and explain legacy code.
• Write and maintain automated tests and keep the CI pipeline green.
• Keep documentation and use-case catalog current as the product evolves.
• Participate in code reviews and share learnings about agent usage.
