Xe.com in Madrid leads a cross-border payments platform. We’re hiring a Team Lead who owns architecture, delivery, and squad growth, with a focus on AI-enabled coding and reliable deployment.

You’ll work with Product and partner integrations to move money for Xe’s customers, while mentoring engineers and shaping the platform’s evolution. We expect 6–10+ years in software, strong backend C#/.NET and frontend skills, and a track record in technical leadership.

Formación

• 6 to 10+ years building production software systems end-to-end.
• Proven track record in technical leadership and squad ownership.
• Experience coaching engineers, regular 1:1s, and driving growth.
• Strong backend in C#/.NET; frontend fluency in Vue.js/React.
• Distributed systems design and microservices experience.
• Payments/fintech or regulated industry familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering squad architecture, delivery, and reliability.
• Shape technical direction, API design, and code reviews.
• Own delivery plans, roadmaps, and release timelines with PM.
• Mentor engineers, conduct interviews, and grow the team.
• Promote AI tools usage across the SDLC and drive adoption.
