Xe is seeking a senior QA engineer to own end-to-end quality for cross-border payments. You will design test automation architecture, lead automation modernization, and mentor engineers while collaborating with engineering, product, and compliance teams.

You will use AI tools daily to build the test estate on a modern stack and ensure robust production readiness. You will work across onboarding, KYC/KYB, payments, FX, and settlement flows, balancing manual and automated testing and driving

Formación

• 6 to 10+ years building production test automation, end-to-end.
• Strong test automation skills across JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or C# with test framework design.
• SQL and relational DB fundamentals for test data and debugging.
• API testing with Postman or equivalent and UI automation with Playwright/Cypress.
• Experience with performance/load testing (k6, JMeter or equivalent).
• Experience with AWS in development/test contexts and CI/CD (GitHub Actions or equivalent).
• Knowledge of payments/regulated environments and QA leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Design and own integration test harnesses and contract tests for money movement flows.
• Lead test automation design for onboarding, KYC/KYB, payment initiation, FX, settlement, and related processes.
• Balance manual and automated testing; write test cases and drive automation across domains.
• Own CI/CD quality strategy, triage flaky tests, and participate in incident investigations.
• Lead test architecture reviews and mentor mid-level QA engineers.
• Use AI tools in daily QA tasks and help build automated test estates for new capabilities.
