Job summary

You will handle payroll tax calculations, validation, reconciliation, and reporting, ensuring compliance with IRPF, Social Security, and other statutory requirements. Collaboration with business and technical teams is essential.

Fluency in communicating with stakeholders and a solid analytical mindset are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Payroll Tax / Spanish Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Spain Payroll, IRPF, Social Security, and statutory requirements.
• Experience in payroll tax calculation, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Good understanding of Spanish tax regulations and payroll processes.
• Ability to analyze payroll/tax issues and provide functional solutions.
• Experience gathering requirements and working with business and technical teams.
• Exposure to payroll systems, configuration, testing, UAT, and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Spanish Payroll experience is mandatory.
