• 3+ years in Payroll Tax/Spanish Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of Spain Payroll, IRPF, Social Security, and statutory requirements.
• Experience in payroll tax calculation, validation, reconciliation and reporting.
• Understanding of Spanish tax regulations and payroll processes.
• Ability to analyze payroll/tax issues and provide functional solutions.
• Experience gathering requirements with business and technical teams.
• Exposure to payroll systems, configuration, testing, UAT and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Spanish Payroll experience is mandatory.
