A major restaurant operator is seeking interns for its Global Internship Program 2026 focused on Human Resources. This internship will provide hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, including responsibilities in recruitment, database management, and employer branding activities. Ideal candidates should be pursuing a degree in relevant fields and possess an intermediate English level. This is a paid 3-month internship potentially leading to valuable career growth.

Formación

• Availability to work during MAY, JUNE, and JULY 2026.
• Able to sign a three-month internship agreement with your university.
• Currently studying a degree in a relevant field.

Responsabilidades

• Support posting job opportunities across various channels.
• Help identify new recruitment sources.
• Participate in interviews and support the team.
• Update and maintain the candidate database.
• Assist in employer branding activities.
• Collaborate with the Engagement & Internal Communications team.

What will your daily responsibilities include?

• Supporting the posting of job opportunities across different recruitment channels: training schools, business schools, job boards, employment apps, and social media.
• Helping identify new recruitment sources and providers to expand our talent pool.
• Participating in phone and face‑to‑face interviews, supporting the team and learning how to assess candidates.
• Updating and maintaining the candidate database, keeping information structured and up to date.
• Assisting in employer branding activities, such as events, job fairs, or campus initiatives.
• Collaborating with the Engagement & Internal Communications team, helping with initiatives that boost employee experience

What do you need to join the program?

• Availability to work during MAY, JUNE, and JULY 2026
• Being able to sign a three‑month internship agreement with your university.
• Currently studying a degree in Psychology, ADE, Law or related fields.
• An intermediate level of English, enough to communicate comfortably in an international environment.
