You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop personalized recruitment plans and ensure a positive candidate experience. Ideal candidates are self-starters with at least 1 year of recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with ATS. This role offers a competitive salary plus commissions and a dynamic work environment.

Formación

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience in a fast-moving environment.
• Native Spanish and fluent in English, French is a plus.
• Self-starter who enjoys taking initiative and solving problems.

Responsabilidades

• Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers to understand their needs and create personalised recruitment plans that help us find the best people for each role.
• Talent Sourcing: Use your creativity to find and engage with top candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other innovative channels.
• Candidate Interviews: Lead initial interviews and engaging conversations to identify candidates who have the skills and passion we’re looking for.
• Building Connections: Develop and maintain a strong network of talented professionals for our current and future needs.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate has a positive experience with us by being their go-to contact and keeping communication open and friendly.
• Improving Our Approach: Use recruitment metrics to see how we’re doing and find ways to improve our strategies, always aiming to make our processes smoother and more effective.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-moving environment.

• Knowledge of recruitment processes and how to find great candidates.
• Great communication skills—you love talking to people and building relationships.
