Kube Group in Barcelona is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract top talent and drive the company's growth. You will lead sourcing, conduct initial interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, self-starter, team player, fluent in English and Spanish (native French is a plus). This role offers a competitive fixed salary plus uncapped commissions and a flexible remote option.

Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Use your creativity to find and engage with top Sales and Recruiters through job boards, social media, networking, and other innovative channels.
• Candidate Interviews: Lead initial interviews and engaging conversations to identify candidates who have the skills and passion we are looking for.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate has a positive experience with us by being their go-to contact and keeping communication open and friendly.
• Data quality: Keep our database up to date by keeping candidates information updated.

• Great communication skills—you love talking to people and building relationships.
• Self-starter who enjoys taking initiative and solving problems.
• Passionate about delivering an outstanding work quality.
• A true team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
• Native French and fluent in English and / or Spanish.
