Responsabilidades

• Р руководить всеми процессами найма в регионе EMEA и Latam для бизнес-подразделений Sonova.
• Строить региональную стратегию Talent Acquisition для поддержания роста.
• Соединять локальные команды рекрутеров с региональными бизнес-единицами.
• Развивать сотрудников по миру отбора: сбор требований, поиск, интервью и предложение.
• Развивать практика TA, улучшать процессы через технологии и опыт кандидатов.

Drive and oversee all hiring efforts across EMEA and Latam for all Sonova businesses in the region; Build the regional Talent Acquisition strategy to support regional growth; Connect market- and country-based recruiters with regional teams; Develop team members across the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management; Evolve Talent Acquisition practices and improve processes through technology and a candidate experience approach; Translate enterprise-wide strategy into local and regional needs; Lead a small regional Talent Acquisition team; Functionally guide local Talent Acquisition teams in key markets; Manage critical hiring needs across multiple geographies; Oversee recruitment activity across EMEA and Latam and support market teams in delivering services aligned with business expectations; Balance workload allocation and leverage regional teams for sourcing and delivery across functions; Support the adaptation of Talent Acquisition technology enhancements and CoE-designed processes; Drive purposeful use of data and analytics to support sustainable performance and KPIs; Cascade technology and process improvements to country Talent Acquisition teams; Foster collaboration with local and regional HR teams; Act as a first-level escalation point for regional and cluster HR or business stakeholders; Cascade and achieve recruitment delivery performance objectives across the EMEA and Latam central team and local markets; Ensure alignment with performance and quality standards defined in relevant SLAs; Coach and mentor colleagues and team members according to individual development plans; Ensure recruitment processes comply with Sonova’s philosophy, policies, and local government regulations; Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback on service levels; Provide recommendations on improvement opportunities to team members and leaders with the TA CoE; Collaborate with the CoE to optimize recruitment efforts in countries and across the region; Monitor market trends and consolidate local and regional insights to support ongoing iteration of Talent Acquisition strategies.

Требования

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field; 10+ Years of experience in end-to-end recruitment; Strong experience in active candidate identification, engagement, and assessment of top talent; Expertise in building, coaching, and mentoring high-functioning regional delivery teams from scratch in a matrix organization; Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management tools, such as SAP and Phenom; Affinity for applying AI and identifying use cases to improve efficiency and customer experience; Previous experience managing regional growth projects across multiple countries in EMEA and/or Latam; Excellent communication and influencing skills; Ability to tailor messages to stakeholder groups and seniority levels up to ExCo; Proven ability to positively influence and challenge senior leaders with confidence and empathy.
