Job summary

Empresaconfidencial is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager (Global) to lead our international hiring function from Madrid. You will set strategy, manage partners, and advise leadership while remaining hands-on in key searches.

The role requires design of a scalable hiring model, multi-country experience, and strong negotiation skills with agencies and RPOs. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Talent Acquisition or related field.
• Experience leading teams or external partners across multiple countries.
• Proven experience negotiating with search firms, agencies or RPOs.
• Background hiring engineering/technical and business profiles in scarce talent markets.
• Data-driven mindset and ability to present to senior leadership.
• Professional English and native-level Spanish.
• Experience with AI-based sourcing tools is a plus.

The role

You will lead our global hiring function from Madrid. You will set the strategy, manage recruitment partners, lead a small team and advise leadership, while staying hands‑on with key searches.

Responsibilities

• Design the global hiring model and a structured, consistent process across markets.
• Turn business plans into a prioritized hiring roadmap.
• Map talent markets for scarce technical profiles and build pipelines ahead of demand.
• Manage search firms, agencies and RPO providers, including tenders, fee negotiations and performance reviews.
• Lead and develop a team of 2–3 Talent Acquisition Partners.
• Own the recruitment dashboard, report to senior leadership and apply AI to sourcing and screening.
• Make sure hiring is compliant and gives candidates a good experience in every market.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Talent Acquisition, including 3+ leading teams or external partners.
• Multi-country hiring experience across time zones.
• Proven experience negotiating with search firms, agencies or RPO providers.
• Background hiring engineering, technical and business profiles in industries where talent is scarce.
• A data-driven mindset and comfort presenting to senior leadership.
• Professional English and native-level Spanish.
• Experience with AI-based sourcing tools is a plus.
