Criteria Recursos Humanos is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist to own the full recruitment cycle for engineering, deployment and corporate roles in a fast-growing finance environment. You will source, screen, interview, and close candidates to deliver signed offers, with a focus on US and UK markets and strong KPI discipline.

You will work entirely on-site in Barcelona, collaborating with a lean, ambitious team.

Formación

• Full-cycle recruiting experience from sourcing to close.
• Experience recruiting for tech, engineering, or fintech.
• Agency background or hyper-growth startup experience.
• Familiar with ATS and recruitment analytics tools.

About the Company

We are looking for someone as Talent Acquisition end to end. Our client is entering the fastest period of growth in the company's history, hiring across engineering, deployment, and corporate functions all at once, and you'll be the person who turns every one of those open roles into a signed offer.

Responsibilities

• Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting, owning a process end to end: sourcing, calibration, screening, interviews, offer, and close.
• Proven track record of recruiting and sourcing in the US, UK market.
• A track record of closing candidates, not just moving them through a pipeline.
• Comfortable sourcing and engaging candidates directly. This role has no one else building your pipeline for you.
• Experience running calibration conversations with hiring managers and pushing back when a brief doesn't match the market.
• Comfortable working against KPIs and timelines in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish, with high proficiency/fluency in Catalan.

Required Skills

• Experience recruiting for tech environments, engineering, technical, or industrial roles.
• Previous experience recruiting specifically for the financial or fintech sector.
• Agency background or experience in a hyper-growth start-up.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
