Job summary

Avomind is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist to drive outbound and inbound recruitment efforts for our clients, while ensuring a superior candidate experience. This freelance, 100% remote role collaborates with management to explore new candidate opportunities and manage end‑to‑end hiring processes.

You will screen candidates, coordinate interviews with Project Managers, and advise on market trends to optimize service quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full‑cycle recruitment in agency or sales‑oriented roles.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages a plus.
• Strong team orientation and goal‑driven mindset in agile settings.

What will you be doing on a daily basis?

• Actively contribute to both outbound and inbound recruitment strategies, working closely with management to explore new candidate opportunities.
• Conduct direct outbound sourcing through various channels such as LinkedIn / Xing / GitHub / Google X-Ray, etc.
• Conduct screening calls with candidates - really getting to know them and assessing their fit for our roles.
• Manage interview logistics with candidates in tandem with our Project Managers and Client Managers.
• Advise Project Managers and Client Managers on the candidate landscape and trends, to support a seamless service for our clients.
• Take ownership of the candidate experience - build your reputation through an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements

• You have a minimum of 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience within an agency or sales-oriented environment.
• You have experience working with LinkedIn Recruiter and internal ATS platforms.
• You thrive in goal-oriented environments and want to achieve the best.
• You have a growth mindset and are always looking for ways to improve.
• You are team-oriented and committed.
• You can work with ever‑changing priorities in a very agile environment.
• You’re fluent in English& French — any other languages would be an advantage.
