Responsabilidades

• Привлекать лучших специалистов в Tenth Revolution Group.
• Управлять полным циклом найма на внутренние позиции.
• Активно источать и привлекать кандидатов через различные каналы подбора.
• Проводить интервью и оценку кандидатов.
• Работать в тесном взаимодействии с менеджерами по найму и лидерами для разработки эффективных стратегий найма.
• Строить и поддерживать базы талантов для текущих и будущих потребностей.
• Обеспечивать отличный опыт кандидатов на протяжении всего процесса отбора.
• Консультировать стейкхолдеров по рыночным трендам, стратегиям подбора и лучшим практикам.
• Поддерживать бренд работодателя и инициативы по привлечению талантов.

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you are responsible for attracting the best talent to Tenth Revolution Group. Manage the entire recruiting process for internal positions. Actively source and approach talent through various recruiting channels. Conduct interviews and assess candidates. Work closely with hiring managers and leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies. Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire application process. Advise stakeholders on market trends, recruiting strategies, and best practices. Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, or another role with a strong focus on communication and relationship management.
• Enjoy building relationships and working with different people.
• An independent, organized, and proactive approach to work.
• Interest in talent acquisition, HR topics, and career development.
• Motivation to learn new things and continuously develop yourself.
• Fluent German (C1) and very good English skills.

Условия:

A fixed salary between €25,000 and €30,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, as well as additional performance-based bonus opportunities.
