UST, una multinacional con sede en Norteamérica, busca un Tableau Developer para un puesto híbrido en Madrid (3 días en oficina, zona Sol). Diseñarás, desarrollarás y mantendrás dashboards, gestionarás la plataforma Tableau y promoverás la adopción de la analítica en toda la organización.

Trabajarás en Agile, colaborarás con stakeholders y equipos técnicos, ofrecerás formación y soporte a usuarios, y aplicarás buenas prácticas para entregar soluciones eficientes y escalables.

Formación

• 5+ years proven experience with Tableau and SQL.
• Expertise in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and Site Administration.
• Experience in Agile environments and analytics projects.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, collaborative and customer-focused.
• Passion for enabling a data-driven culture and empowering users.

Responsabilidades

Tableau developer - Hybrid

This position combines Tableau dashboard development with platform site administration responsibilities, playing a key role in promoting data-driven decision-making across the organization. As part of the team, you will manage the Tableau platforms day-to-day operations, design impactful dashboards, and drive Tableau adoption by providing user support, training, and best practices. Hybrid position in Madrid (3 days at clients office, Sol area, next to the underground).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations tailored to business requirements.
• Manage Tableau platform day-to-day operations and site administration activities.
• Provide support to BI users, addressing technical issues and offering guidance.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and self-service resources to users with varying levels of Tableau proficiency.
• Promote Tableau adoption and encourage a data-driven culture across the organization.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years Proven experience working with Tableau and SQL (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of: Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, Tableau Site Administration, SQL for querying and working with data sources.
• Experience working in Agile environments and following best practices in software development and analytics projects.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
• Proactive, collaborative, and customer-focused approach.
• Passion for enabling a data-driven culture and empowering users through analytics.

Nice to Have

• Tableau Desktop Certification.
• Active Tableau Public profile.
• Experience with Tableau APIs.
• Experience with programming languages such as: Python, JavaScript, PowerShell.
• Experience with Power BI.
