Job summary

Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Systems Operations Specialist to support the operational excellence of trusted systems for a top global pharmaceutical partner. The role covers incident, change and problem management, backup, DR testing, and coordination with IT and business units.

You will monitor access, handle patches coordination, and contribute to archiving, onboarding transitions to the EOC, and knowledge transfer during system migrations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years working as System Lead or similar.
• Experience with hardware, software, networking and databases.
• Proven work experience in an IT technical support or similar role.
• Experience in a regulated environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating backup/recovery and performing Disaster Recovery testing.
• Access & identity monitoring.
• Coordinating server and database patches.
• Small enhancements/configuration changes to software.
• Coordinating software management.
• Interfacing with multiple business and IT areas.
• Collecting & Processing Demands from Business Users.
• Performing Incident & Problem Management.
• Performing Change Management.
• Remediating, replacing, migrating or decommissioning legacy systems or infrastructure items.
• Coordinating System Archiving and onboarding of systems to the EOC.
• Overseeing knowledge transfer and transition reporting to the EOC.
