Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Data Engineer (CDP Specialist) to scale and globally roll out our Customer Data Platform, used for Marketing Automation across Human Pharma and Animal Health units. You will join a new Product Team and influence both development and operations to deliver high-quality, compliant data solutions.

The role emphasizes data infrastructure, pipelines, and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent.
• 5-10 years IT and business experience preferred.
• 2-5 years Data Engineering experience in big data solutions.
• Excellent SQL and analytical SQL functions knowledge.
• Experience with Python scripting and Pandas.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize data, building and maintaining data infrastructure and pipelines.
• Collaborate with internal team and external implementation partner to drive problems to resolution.
• Influence scope and requirements, championing innovative process changes and technology-enabled solutions.
