EA First in Valencia, Spain, is seeking a Systems Operations Manager to lead a European operations team in a hybrid role. You will oversee large-scale server environments, coordinate with Infrastructure Ops, manage vendors, and drive IT service delivery governance across the region.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership, hands-on operations experience, and the ability to align technical work with business needs in a multinational setting. Excellent communication is essential.

As the Systems Operations Manager, you will have management of a team for a highly critical area of their business covering their European operations. Managing a highly talented team, overseeing servers, other critical business systems and interacting with Infrastructure ops teams, dealing with 3rd part vendors will be paramount in this role. You will have proven experience of: Managing teams Managing large scale server environments Practical hands-on knowledge of IT service delivery frameworks, processes, systems and relevant governance frameworks Salary €71-80k + bonus
