Job summary

Tech Teamz in Spain is assembling a dedicated engineering team to collaborate with a leading company on next-generation DPUs. We are seeking a Senior System Architecture Engineer to join the team for the long term and contribute to advanced semiconductor design.

The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience in SoC or system architecture, deep knowledge of microarchitecture, memory systems, and NoCs, plus hands-on modelling/simulation and performance analysis skills.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in SoC or system architecture.
• Strong understanding of processing microarchitecture, memory systems, interconnects (NoCs) and performance trade-offs.
• Experience with architecture modelling/simulation and performance analysis.
• Comfortable working as part of a remote team.
