A leading digital automotive platform in Madrid seeks a System Analyst for Workday Absence & Time Tracking. In this role, you will optimize and maintain modules, manage configurations, and lead implementations while collaborating with HR and business teams. Candidates should have strong hands-on experience with Workday and the ability to troubleshoot configuration issues. Formación

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Absence modules.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration and functional issues.
• Experience with system testing and release management.

Job Description

• Own, optimize, and maintain the Workday Absence & Time Tracking modules
• Manage configuration changes, enhancements, and resolve issues
• Lead implementation activities from requirements gathering to rollout
• Support implementation and potential ownership of Workday Scheduling
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Ensure strong integration with other Workday modules and systems

Qualifications

• Strong hands‑on experience with Workday Absence modules
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve configuration and functional issues
• Experience with system testing and release management
• Background working in global or multi‑country environments and strong stakeholder management
• Good understanding of Absence and Time Tracking module touchpoints and dependencies
