Job summary

SD Worx is seeking an SAP PT Consultant for the German Business to advise German-speaking customers and optimize SAP HCM Time Management processes. You will deliver configuration, enhancements, implementations, and AMS, translating business requirements into scalable solutions while ensuring compliance with German labor regulations.

You will work closely with Payroll, HR, and technical teams to integrate SAP PT with other HCM modules, and stay current with SAP innovations and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP HCM Time Management (PT) Consultant in AMS and/or implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in SAP PT for Germany, including work schedules, absence management, attendance recording, quotas, and time evaluation.
• Experience with German-speaking customers in the DACH region.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and design effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor for German-speaking customers on SAP HCM Time Management (PT) and Workforce Management solutions.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate business needs into scalable and compliant SAP PT solutions.
• Deliver SAP HCM Time Management AMS, including implementations, change requests, configuration, and system enhancements.
• Configure and maintain SAP Time Management functionalities, including work schedules, absence and attendance management, quotas, time evaluation, and integrations with Payroll.
• Support customers in optimizing time-related processes and ensuring compliance with German labor regulations.

As SAP PT Consultant for the German Business, you will act as a trusted advisor to German-speaking customers, helping them optimize and evolve their SAP HCM Time Management processes. You will be responsible for delivering configuration, enhancements, implementations, and application management services, translating business requirements into scalable and compliant solutions, and ensuring seamless integration between Time Management, Payroll, and other SAP HCM modules. Working closely with customers and cross-functional teams, you will drive process improvements, support digital transformation initiatives, and ensure compliance with German labor regulations while contributing your expertise in SAP PT within an international and collaborative

Which tasks can you expect?

• Act as a trusted advisor for German-speaking customers on SAP HCM Time Management (PT) and Workforce Management solutions.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate business needs into scalable and compliant SAP PT solutions.
• Deliver SAP HCM Time Management Application Management Services (AMS), including implementations, change requests, configuration, and system enhancements.
• Configure and maintain SAP Time Management functionalities, including work schedules, absence and attendance management, quotas, time evaluation, and integrations with Payroll.
• Support customers in optimizing time-related processes and ensuring compliance with German labor regulations and collective agreements.
• Participate in projects related to SAP HCM Time Management transformations and migrations.
• Prepare functional specifications, perform testing activities, troubleshoot issues, and document implemented solutions.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and increased efficiency in time management processes.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP PT, Payroll, and other SAP HCM modules.
• Stay up to date with SAP innovations and legal changes impacting German Time Management processes.

What do you have to offer?

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP HCM Time Management (PT) Consultant in AMS and/or implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in SAP PT for Germany, including work schedules, absence management, attendance recording, quotas, and time evaluation.
• Experience working with German-speaking customers in the DACH region.
• Strong customizing skills within SAP HCM Time Management.
• Good understanding of integration points between Time Management and Payroll.
• Experience with SAP HCM Time-related enhancements, reporting, and interfaces is considered an advantage.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and design effective solutions.
• Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• High degree of autonomy, ownership, and problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent German and good English language skills are mandatory.
• Willingness to travel occasionally when required.
