Zahoree Company in Málaga is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist Swedish-speaking customers. You will resolve technical issues and ensure a smooth experience with smart home devices across hardware and software.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting via phone, email, and remote assistance; guiding installation and configuration; explaining complex concepts clearly; documenting issues to improve future service; and collaborating with the tech team.

Formación

• Fluent Swedish is required; Norwegian and/or Danish a plus.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.

Your Mission

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for our international customers, helping them resolve technical issues and ensuring a smooth experience with their smart home devices.

What You'll Do

• Provide technical support in Swedish, as well as English, via phone, email, and remote assistance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to smart home devices.
• Assist customers with the installation, setup, and configuration of their systems.
• Clearly explain technical solutions to customers with different levels of technical knowledge.
• Document technical issues and solutions to improve future service.
• Collaborate with the technical team to elevate complex cases and continuously improve support processes.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Swedish (required). It´s a plus if you understand Norwegian and/or Danish too.
• Good level of English.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for technology and customer support.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and clear way.
• Good organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Previous experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer service.
• Familiarity with smart home devices (lighting systems, security cameras, voice assistants, etc.).
• Experience supporting international customers.
