SupportYourApp is seeking a Customer Support Consultant to deliver outstanding service remotely for clients in multiple industries. You will respond to emails and calls, guide users through the system, and escalate where necessary.

Ideal candidates have native-level Swedish and English (C1), a basic technical understanding, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically. A personal laptop with reliable internet is required.

Formación

• Swedish and English at C1 level or higher (spoken and written).
• Solid basic technical understanding and interest in electronics/IT.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Fast learner with ability to pick up new tools quickly.
• Clear, professional, and empathetic communication with customers.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Own laptop (≥8GB RAM) and stable internet connection.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding customer support via emails and phone calls.
• Answer questions and walk users through the system.
• Respond to inquiries per SLAs and follow procedures.
• Handle complaints calmly and friendly.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams when needed.
• Conduct research and proactively seek solutions.
