Tuyo is seeking a part-time Intern or Junior to join our team in Madrid. This hands-on role in the operations and compliance team offers real exposure to the crypto and blockchain industry, perfect for ambitious students or recent graduates.

You will respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and monitor risk alerts. Join us to learn from a small, technical team dedicated to building a principled banking solution without intermediaries.

Formación

• Understanding of wallets, stablecoins, blockchains, and on-chain transactions.
• Able to handle user conversations and documentation in English.

About the Role

We are looking for a part‑time Intern or Junior to join our Madrid office and help build the next phase of Tuyo alongside our Support Operations team. We want someone who is starting their career, already curious about crypto and blockchain, and looking for real exposure to how a generational company is built from the inside. This is a hands‑on role at the center of the platform. You’ll talk to real users, review real transactions and help keep the system secure and compliant. You’ll work directly with the operations and compliance team and learn how crypto operations work in production. The schedule is flexible and designed to combine with your studies.

What You’ll Do

Support

• Respond to user inquiries via chat and email.
• Help users navigate Tuyo’s app, card and banking features.
• Troubleshoot issues with crypto deposits, transfers and transactions.
• Turn complex technical concepts into clear, human explanations.

Compliance & AML

• Review identity verification cases through our KYC provider.
• Request supplemental documents when needed.
• Monitor risk alerts and investigate potential signals.
• Help investigate fraud signals and anomalies.

Who We’re Looking For

Must Have

• Basic knowledge of blockchain and crypto: you understand how wallets, stablecoins, blockchains (Ethereum, Base, etc.) and on‑chain transactions actually work.
• Fluent English, written and spoken: you’ll be handling user conversations and documentation in English daily.
• A student or recent graduate looking for real experience.
• Ambitious and proactive.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Clear communicator: you can explain complex topics simply.

Nice to Have

• Studies in Business, Law, Finance, Economics, Engineering, criminology or similar.
• Hands‑on experience with block explorers, DeFi protocols or on‑chain analytics.
• Previous experience in support, operations or compliance.
