Freenow by Lyft in Barcelona is seeking a Supply Operations Lead to drive central supply programs, focusing on driver acquisition/retention, engagement, and education across European markets.

You will translate global strategies into regional plans, manage KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the driver experience and program design. Flexible working arrangements are offered.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in operations management, strategy consulting, or business operations.
• Proven track record of scaling operations across multiple markets or business units.
• Experience with process design, optimization, and cross-functional project management.
• Background in data analysis and using metrics to drive operational decisions.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Own supply-related KPIs (Active/New drivers, Retention, NPS, Supply volume).
• Act as the main interface between central and local teams, feeding market insights into global programs.
• Translate global strategies into regional plans with clear ownership, timelines and governance.
• Analyze driver retention and drive continuous improvement across teams.
• Support markets with engagement and acquisition initiatives to hit supply targets.
• Help design and scale driver training and proactive support across onboarding journey.
