Job summary

Freenow in Barcelona is seeking a dynamic Supply Operations Lead to drive central supply programs across Europe. You will own KPI ownership for driver acquisition and retention, and elevate the driver experience through education and engagement.

You will bridge local needs with global program designs, ensuring scalable solutions, while partnering with Market Ops, Marketing, and Product to optimize onboarding and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in operations management or similar roles.
• Experience scaling operations across multiple markets, preferably in Europe.
• Strong data-driven approach to decision making.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own KPI metrics for supply including active and new drivers, retention, NPS and supply volume.
• Interface between central and local teams; cascade priorities and provide market feedback for global design.
• Translate global strategies into regional plans with clear ownership, timelines and governance.
• Analyze driver retention and drive continuous improvement across teams.
• Support markets with engagement and acquisition initiatives to meet targets.
• Contribute to end-to-end driver communications to maximize retention and engagement.
• Improve driver training with Marketing, Product and Quality of Service teams.
• Identify product experience improvements for new drivers with prioritised recommendations.
• Design, test and scale proactive onboarding support for new drivers.
