Curaleaf International is an EU-GMP manufacturing footprint site in Alicante, shaping Europe’s medical cannabis supply chain. We seek a Supply Network Planner to turn demand forecasts into deliverable supply plans and to coordinate across manufacturing, procurement, and logistics, ensuring product availability while optimising working capital.

Formación

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Experience in supply planning, demand planning, or related supply chain role.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP/planning systems (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder).
• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with S&OP/IBP processes is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain supply plans across multiple sites, warehouses, and channels.
• Balance supply and demand at SKU/location level, resolve capacity constraints and shortages.
• Collaborate with demand planning to reconcile forecast changes and assess supply impact.
• Coordinate with procurement to align material availability with supply requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and coordinate corrective actions when performance slips.
• Manage inventory policies to protect service levels and optimise working capital.
• Lead or contribute to S&OP/IBP cycles.
• Identify supply chain risks and build mitigation plans.
• Report on supply plan performance and root causes.
• Support readiness for new product introductions, promotions, and phase-outs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes and tools.

The Opportunity

Our Alicante site is one of the engines behind Curaleaf's European supply chain — an EU-GMP facility manufacturing active pharmaceutical ingredients and medical cannabis extracts that reach patients across the UK, Germany, and other European markets. As the business scales, keeping supply and demand in balance across multiple sites, warehouses, and markets is only getting more complex.

We're looking for a Supply Network Planner to own that balance: turning demand forecasts into deliverable supply plans, resolving constraints before they become shortages, and working across manufacturing, procurement, and logistics to keep product available where and when it's needed — without tying up unnecessary working capital in inventory.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain supply plans across multiple sites, warehouses, and distribution channels, based on demand forecasts and inventory targets
• Balance supply and demand at the SKU/location level, resolving capacity constraints, shortages, and excess inventory
• Work with demand planning to reconcile forecast changes and assess the resulting supply impact
• Partner with procurement to align raw material availability with supply requirements
• Monitor KPIs — service level, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, fill rate — and coordinate corrective action where performance slips
• Manage inventory policies (safety stock, reorder points, lead times) to protect service levels while optimising working capital
• Lead or contribute to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycles
• Identify supply chain risks — capacity, supplier, logistics — and build mitigation and contingency plans
• Report on supply plan performance, exceptions, and root causes
• Support supply readiness for new product introductions, promotions, and phase-outs
• Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes, tools, and systems

What You'll Bring

• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in supply planning, demand planning, or a related supply chain role
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with large datasets
• Experience with ERP/planning systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with S&OP/IBP processes is highly desirable
• Experience in a relevant industry (e.g. CPG, manufacturing, retail, pharma) is a plus
