ISG International Service Group is seeking a Capacity Planning Specialist EU to coordinate capacity and demand planning across multiple European manufacturing sites as part of a major digital transformation. You will analyze data, balance supply and inventory, and contribute to the SAP IBP implementation, working with Excel, SAP and cross-border stakeholders.

• Degree in relevant field.
• Experience in planning and supply chain in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP; exposure to SAP IBP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate capacity and volume planning across multiple European sites.
• Balance demand, production capacity and inventory for an efficient supply chain.
• Manage demand adjustments, product allocations, promotions, and intercompany transfers.
• Analyze demand trends, inventory performance and planning deviations; propose improvements.
• Prepare reports and scenarios using Excel, SAP and SAP IBP.
• Support SAP IBP implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.

They are now looking for a Capacity Planning Specialist EU to join their European Operations team and play a key role in coordinating planning activities across multiple manufacturing sites.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate capacity and volume planning across multiple European manufacturing sites.
• Balance demand, production capacity and inventory to ensure an efficient supply chain.
• Manage demand adjustments, product allocations, promotional planning and intercompany transfers.
• Analyse demand trends, inventory performance and planning deviations, proposing improvements and corrective actions.
• Prepare reports, planning scenarios and business insights using Excel, SAP and SAP IBP.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support the implementation of SAP IBP.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
• Experience in planning, supply chain, production planning or demand planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP; exposure to SAP IBP is an advantage but not essential.
