Sodalis Iberia in Spain is seeking an experienced logistics professional to oversee the end-to-end order cycle for Make-up products, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate data in ERP. You will coordinate stock, procurement, and master data, while collaborating with the customer development team and third-party logistics partners.

The role focuses on forecasting, service level KPI reporting, and managing penalties, stock movements, and supplier relationships to maintain optimal stock levels

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in customer service, logistics, or supply chain in FMCG, Make-up category preferred.
• Experience in Portugal or Spain is advantageous.

Overall following up the complete order cycle from the order receiving until the order delivery and supporting the customer development team in contacts with the final customers.

Perform the stock management and procurement activities for a range of products on the Make-up portfolio of the company.

Responsibility for the Make-up products master data.

Manage the forecast process for Make-up products.

Supervise the Interface with the Third-party logistic operator concerning stocks movements.

Responsibility for the analysis, follow up and communication of service level KPI reports for the outbound.

Responsibility for analysis and management of logistic penalties.

Responsibilities:

• Assure all daily order entry accomplishing with the logistic cut-off

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field, is advantageous.

Technical Skills:

• More than 5 years of relevant experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain roles, within the FMCG industry in a complex portfolio environment, preferably on Make-up categories. Professional experience in Portugal or Spain is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• Solid experience in SAP ERP on the MM & SD modules; experience in other ERP is advantageous.
• Experience on order entry and follow up order delivery to customers.
• Experience contacting final customers.
• Experience in stock analysis, stocks movements & inverse logistics.
• Experience analyzing and building KPI’s reporting.
• Fluency in Spanish and knowledge of second language, English, Portuguese, Italian.

Technical Knowledge:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and logistics challenges effectively.
• Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
