Job summary

Sodalis Iberia in Spain is seeking an experienced logistics professional to oversee the end-to-end order cycle for Make-up products, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate data in ERP. You will coordinate stock, procurement, and master data, while collaborating with the customer development team and third-party logistics partners.

The role focuses on forecasting, service level KPI reporting, and managing penalties, stock movements, and supplier relationships to maintain optimal stock levels

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in customer service, logistics, or supply chain in FMCG, Make-up category preferred.
• Experience in Portugal or Spain is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assure all daily order entry with logistic cut-off.
• Provide feedback and resolve questions arising from the delivery process.
• Support Customer Development team with daily information related to the delivery process.
• Create and maintain Make-up products master data on ERP.
• Lead and manage Make-up products forecast process.
• Build and analyze service level reports and resolve daily delivery incidences.
• Analyze and manage logistic penalties from customers.
• Analyze stock inventories and procure from outside suppliers to maintain stock levels.
• Supervise status and stock movements at logistic partners.
• Work closely with other departments.
