Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Sevilla seeks a Supply Officer to join the Supply Management team. You will act as the supplier focal point for operations, manage contract quality and delivery performance, and drive containment of non-conformities with cross-functional support.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience, aeronautical or industrial engineering education, and strong analytics. Hybrid workspace and competitive benefits are offered.

• Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline.

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Act as focal point towards suppliers for operational activities and contract management.
• Manage supply chain & quality aspects of the contract, focusing on On Time and On Quality.
• Manage Non Conformity containment (L1) related to customer protection and secondary flows.
• Identify and create/prepare quality inspection plans with SCQM and stakeholders.
• Provide consolidated forecasts to suppliers ensuring required capacity.
• Collaborate with SCQM and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Job Description:A job opportunity as Supply Officer has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Tablada (Sevilla).RESPONSABILITIES:The successful candidate will join the Supply Management team. In your role as Supply Officer, you will:Act as focal point towards the suppliers for operational activities and contract management, and as ambassador of the supplier toward internal functions.Manage supply chain & quality aspects of the contract, being responsible for On Time, On Quality (and on Cost when applicable) performance.Manage Non Conformity containment (L1) in regards to customer protection and secondary flows.Identify the need and create/prepare/eradicate necessary quality inspection plans in close collaboration with SCQM and in alignment with stakeholdersProvide consolidated forecast to suppliers and ensure that suppliers will have the required capacity. Assess the Supplier capacity, capability & performance and contribute to the Supplier development.Identify the supplier industrial risks and propose mitigation actions.Work out short term recovery plans and containment actions with the supplier.Inform and collaborate with SCQM- Supply Chain Quality Management and support root cause analysis, corrective & preventive actions and improvement measures.Initiate and manage supplier performance improvement projects, set long term development targets together with the suppliers and in coordination with the Supplier Development Team.Contribute to the annual Supplier Evaluation Development (SED).Present the situation of the supplier on operational performance (KPIs e.g. OTD-On Time Delivery) during MFT meetings and/or VRBs-Vendor Review Boards.Maintain a close communication and coordination with the operational teams at internal customer sites San Pablo North, to ensure the contribution of all relevant functions to the delivery of procured goods or services.Ensure ethical & compliance way of working in accordance with the Airbus Code of Conduct.SKILLS:Is your profile aligned to the following list of skills?
