Nord Recruitment is seeking a remote Supply Chain Manager for a fast-growing 8-figure DTC home appliances brand. You will own demand forecasting, inventory, procurement, and logistics end-to-end to prevent stock-outs or overstock as the business scales internationally.

This hands-on role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience building scalable processes with international suppliers and freight partners.

Responsabilités

• Own the supply chain from demand forecast to delivery into warehouses and channels.
• Manage inventory across webshop, marketplaces, and B2B.
• Build forecasts that translate growth into supply plans.
• Plan, place, and follow up on purchase orders with suppliers.
• Coordinate freight forwarders, 3PLs, and international warehouses.
• Spot delays, shortages, and overstock early and act.
• Track and report KPIs guiding supply chain decisions.

Supply Chain Manager - 8-Figure DTC Home Appliance Brand

Location: Remote

Reports to: COO

Engagement: Full-time

Compensation Compensation: up to €6k a month

You'll take full ownership of the supply chain at a growing DTC brand, and build the foundation it needs to scale without stock-outs or overstock.

The Opportunity

We're working with a fast-growing DTC brand that makes high-quality home appliances. After strong early traction, the business is entering a more structured growth phase, with more SKUs, higher volumes, and international expansion underway.

That's exactly why this role matters. Without clear ownership, the supply chain becomes the bottleneck. You'll come in before everything is systemized and own forecasting, inventory, procurement, and logistics end-to-end. It's a hands-on role with real responsibility from day one.

What you'll do

• Own the supply chain from demand forecast to delivery into warehouses and sales channels.
• Manage inventory across the webshop, marketplaces, and B2B.
• Build forecasts that turn commercial growth into clear supply plans.
• Plan, place, and follow up on purchase orders with suppliers.
• Coordinate freight forwarders, 3PL partners, and international warehouses.
• Spot delays, shortages, and overstock early, and act before they become problems.
• Track and report the KPIs that guide supply chain decisions.

• You're structured, detail-oriented, and catch problems before they accelerate.
• You work independently while staying closely aligned with marketing, finance, and operations.
