Samako in Spain is looking for a Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end supply chain activities—from forecasting and inventory to purchasing, logistics, and supplier management—supporting a fast-growing DTC brand.

You will build scalable processes, optimize costs, manage freight and customs, and align with marketing and finance to drive KPI performance across international fulfillment partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in D2C supply chain or operations (e-commerce required).
• Experience with inventory management, forecasting, and international supply chains.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding and customs processes is a plus.
• Experience with fulfillment platforms (Amazon FBA, Bol LVB).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and ERP skills.
• Structured, precise, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a huge plus.

Responsabilités

• Forecast demand and manage stock levels across fulfillment centers and partners.
• Plan purchase orders and local inventory to prevent stock-outs.
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships.
• Optimize logistics for cost, speed, and consistency.
• Handle import documentation, customs, and HS codes.
• Build scalable supply chain systems and workflows.
• Track KPIs and adjust as needed.
• Align demand planning with marketing, finance, and operations.
